We all know marketing can spark awareness, but can it really spark change? In a world where causes compete for attention, the challenge isn’t just being seen – it’s making people care enough to act.
Join us for the Ask the Marketer series – a new kind of Q&A and networking session designed for 2025. These sessions are a space to connect with other marketers, get honest about industry challenges, and learn from experts who’ve been there, too.
In this session, we’re joined by Eleshea Williams, a social media specialist with over five years’ experience in the social impact and charity sector, including roles at UNICEF UK, Shakespeare’s Globe, and The Black Curriculum.
Eleshea works in social media for Amnesty International, the world’s largest human rights organisation. She has over five years of experience in the Social Impact/Charity sector, making social media content for positive change in the world. She previously worked for UNICEF UK, Shakespeare’s Globe theatre, and The Black Curriculum.Eleshea is a Top Voice on LinkedIn, passionate about making the Social Impact sector more accessible at a junior level, and using her social media skills for good. She started her career at 21, managing a team of four and working on racial justice on a global scale after the Black Lives Matter resurgence.
This session is all about honest conversation, real takeaways, and leaving with practical ways to make your marketing more meaningful – whether you work in the charity sector or not.
