Yeo Valley Organic, the UK’s number one organic dairy brand is looking for a creative and can-do individual to take on a new role of Marketing Executive within the brand team. From our delicious dairy to our fundamental belief that nature leads the way; we’re all about making good choices for both people and planet, for over 25 years.
It’s an exciting time to join the brand team as we embark on a digital transformation journey. You will help leverage our online community of nearly 1 million people, to deliver improvements and increase engagement with our Yeokens loyalty programme.

You will
Be responsible for delivering an efficient and effective loyalty programme for the Yeo Valley Organic brand. Working closely with the brand team to support in-house content and creativity to drive brand growth and deliver excellence across our online channels. You can be sure that no two days will be the same from getting down to the farm to whipping up a perfect photo shoot.
Sounds interesting, what do I need?
Passionate about leveraging digital to create human connections and enjoy solving complex problems. Alongside a sharp eye for detail, a natural flair for writing and impeccable spelling and grammar. You should be confident that you can demonstrate the following:
– Can do, positive attitude (reflecting Yeo’s personality)
– Up to two-years’ work experience within a Marketing environment
– Degree or equivalent qualification ideally within marketing
– Not afraid to pick up the phone to like-minded partners for Yeokens
– An understanding of and keen interest in digital marketing channels and tools (ERM/CRM, SEO, Loyalty programmes, social media and Word Press)
– Experience with Microsoft software and Adobe suite desirable
– Proven time management and organisational skills
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– An understanding of any of the Data Protection Act and the Advertising CAP code is desirable but not essential
