HOURS: Full time

LOCATION: London

SALARY: Between £22,000 – £26,000 DOE

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to act as the first point of contact with existing brands, answer their queries and increase Brand satisfaction. If you enjoy coming up with effective solutions and working toward achieving goals, this job is right for you. You will use your communication skills to identify and address Brands’ needs and wants while representing our company in a positive way. Previous customer service experience will be an advantage. Ultimately, you will contribute to building profitable, long-term relationships with our Brands to reach our business objectives through student-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Gather information on assigned Brands (e.g. company needs, wants and pricing plans)
  • Contact Brands to understand their requirements and work on a campaign plan
  • Provide after-sales support to retain Brands
  • Ensure prompt and accurate answers to Brands’ queries
  • Build strong Brands relationships, through regular communication
  • Report on the status of accounts
  • Suggest company products/services that maximise Brand satisfaction
  • Communicate product and pricing details clearly
  • Coordinate with Senior Account Managers to create customised campaign plans for key brands
  • Promote new products/services to existing brands
  • Run campaigns from start to finish, dealing with the students to make sure the Brands needs are met

Requirements

  • Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
  • Effective presentation and negotiation skills
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
