HOURS: Full time


SALARY: Between £22,000 – £26,000 DOE

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to help plan and implement our marketing and advertising activities. Out-of-the-box thinking is encouraged! Key responsibilities include student acquisition and marketing strategies, analysing market research, and student behaviours. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the marketing department and the attainment of its goals as well as a driving factor for the long-term growth of Bulla Co.


  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the marketing department runs smoothly
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities within student based cities
  • Assist with the internal Student Brand Ambassador programme
  • Assist with organising promotional events
  • Coordinate with the design team to create advertising materials (e.g. brochures, newsletters, social media content etc)
  • Keep organised records of marketing materials and metrics
  • Monitor competitors marketing activities
  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media etc)


  • Good understanding of marketing principles and marketing techniques
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Exquisite communication and people skills
  • Energetic – get up and go attitude
  • Solid computer skills, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint (Adobe is a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-orientated attitude
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
