LOCATION: Bracknell, Berkshire

SALARY: £22,000 – £25,000

We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Assistant to join our team to champion and promote the Natural Baby Shower brand. The role will be fun, challenging and there will be stacks of opportunities to implement your ideas and help the business grow!


-Work with the team to develop and plan Natural Baby Shower’s social media calendar.

-Create, schedule and publish engaging organic social media content across Facebook and Instagram (particularly maximising on content via Instagram stories), whilst looking to develop our Twitter and YouTube pages.

-Support the Marketing Manager and external Digital agency with the execution of paid social media planning and strategy.

-Monitor and respond to all comments, participate in conversations to support brand awareness and engage and identify trends to inform future content plans.

-Build strong relationships and campaigns with social media influencers and bloggers, ensuring they are in line with the Natural Baby Shower brand and target audience.

-Assist with preparing influencer gifting and content contracts.

-Monitor results and suggest optimisations to both paid and organic social media content and influencer activity.

The ideal candidate:

-Must be a fantastic content writer with strong knowledge of branding and tone of voice.

-Is passionate about Natural Baby Shower, our brands and products.
-LOVES social media and is knowledgeable of best practice and emerging trends / influencers.

-Is personable and able to build good relationships.

-Is quick thinking and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Full of initiative to generate ideas and overcome challenges.


-A marketing degree and or equivalent marketing experience.

-Experience working within social media and or influencer management (at least 1 year).

-Exceptional written and spoken English. Experience working with Hootsuite or a similar social media management tool.

-Amazing attention to detail – able to proofread your own work.

-Basic video and editing experience.
