SALARY: £25,000 – £40,000 (DOE)

We’re hiring for an innovative digital marketing specialist with a flair for building brands and driving leads through a range of online channels and strategic partnerships in the fast-growing recruitment industry.

Our ideal candidate blends great technical skills in digital brand-building with a talent for finding creative ways to short-circuit traditional lead generation processes.


We’re looking for an energetic and creative Digital Marketing Growth Hacker, to be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with RecruitHub’s founders, customer success managers & marketing partners to build a cohesive, engaged and energetic online prospect community
  • Developing strategic social media marketing plans to drive inbound leads and build brand awareness
  • Leading social media campaigns end-to-end from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking and reporting
  • Creating and delivering engaging content across text, image, video and other formats
  • Sharing and celebrating customer success stories and documenting their growth journeys
  • Building and engaging communities of prospective founders and future RecruitHub customers
  • Proposing, developing and implementing creative approaches and techniques that attract prospects and convert leads
  • Analysing CRM and customer engagement data to identify and nurture warm leads
  • Rapidly testing and optimising content across multiple digital channels
  • Exploring and testing untapped and emerging digital channels
  • Reviewing and recommending high-value marketing tools, systems and partners
  • Creating and engaging a strategic partner network for content collaboration and referral programs
  • Analysing and optimising lead funnels, including site conversion rate optimisation and landing page strategies
  • Mapping and engaging influencers and strategic partners across the recruitment and recruitment technology ecosystem

 Please apply if you have:

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably B2B or in recruitment branding
  • Strong skills in social media strategy and management
  • A proven ability to grow online audiences and build communities
  • A track record of creating thriving social brands
  • Excellent communication skills and copywriting experience
  • A goal-oriented mindset and proven ability to deliver within KPI frameworks
  • A desire to test yourself in a fast-paced environment with ambitious goals
  • Strong academic record

It’s even better if you have:

  • Experience using the LinkedIn platform and Hubspot
  • Expertise in personal and corporate branding
  • Previous start-up or scale-up experience
