What is the AI Accelerator for Marketers?

The AI Accelerator for Marketers is a 6-week virtual training experience designed to give you the confidence to use AI in your marketing in more ways than you currently are.

From Thursday 7th May – Wednesday 10th June 2026 learn about AI in marketing from marketing experts through live, interactive sessions and get involved in the community.

How to join the AI Accelerator

The AI Accelerator is a programme for Girls in Marketing Members.

All current members will have access to participate in the AI Accelerator.

How does the AI Accelerator work?

This is a brand-new, 6-week, live experience exclusively for Girls in Marketing members.

Over the 6 weeks, you will have access to 6 live sessions delivered by marketing experts, a practical workbook to help you work through tasks and implement your new understanding and a supportive community Slack channel – everything you need to feel confident using AI every day!

We recommend you attend all sessions live but if you can’t make it to every session, all session recordings will be available to members.

Anjola Adebowale

Anjola Adebowale is a Data and AI Consultant at Microsoft, specialising in the design and development of data platforms and generative AI-powered applications, with oversight of data engineering workloads. She has contributed to large-scale programmes such as the Premier League, as well as projects across both the private and public sectors, with a particular focus on generative AI solutions.

She has been recognised with the BTA Rising Star Award, and Microsoft Industry Solutions’ EMEA Star and Rise Awards given to teams who have built world class solutions, along with multiple nominations for her contributions to diversity and inclusion. Beyond her consulting role, Anjola serves as Co-lead of Microsoft UK’s Black Employees Group reflecting her commitment to fostering inclusive communities and nurturing future tech talent.

Angel Ariyibi

Angel Ariyibi knows what happens when AI meets the real world and what can go wrong when no one stops to ask the right questions.

As an AI Integration Project Manager working to embed AI into business operations, with 2+ years of experience delivering AI initiatives, she’s seen firsthand why ethics, governance, and responsible use aren’t optional extras but a deep foundation of AI use.

With certifications in AI Security and Governance and experience working in compliance with UK, EU and global regulatory frameworks, Angel is one of a new generation of practitioners who believes getting AI right matters as much as getting it done.

She was named a Diversity Champion Finalist at the Black Tech Achievement Awards UK, won the Tech brilliance prize with her team at Lloyd banking groups Reboot hackathon and was a UK participant of the UK’s UN CSW67 session focused on innovation and technological change.

Tasha Antwi

Tasha Antwi has led work across luxury, fashion, finance, retail, hospitality, media and consumer brands, including HSBC, Gucci, Bottega Veneta, Ralph Lauren, Graff Diamonds, Barbour, Bacardi, Forbes, Barceló Hotels and LEGO.

Her expertise spans content marketing, digital PR, technical SEO, Answer Engine Optimisation and AI search strategy, delivered through holistic, multi-platform search frameworks across complex, multi-market organisations.

Tasha is a regular speaker at BrightonSEO and an awards judge for the UK, US and European Search Awards, as well as the UK Digital Excellence Awards. She has been featured in WARC, Prolific North, PMW, Campaign and The Business Magazine. Prior to launching RMG, she consulted with agencies to build Search Everywhere and AI search-ready strategies, bringing senior-level strategic expertise into every engagement.

The AI Accelerator for Marketers will take place over 6 weeks from Thursday 7th May – Wednesday 10th June 2026.

There will be one live, virtual session each week of the programme delivered by one of our marketing experts.

During the 6 weeks we also encourage you to get involved in the Slack community, complete the tasks and prompts from the programme sessions and build your confidence in AI in your own time.

The AI Accelerator is exclusively for Girls in Marketing Members so if you are already a Girls in Marketing Member, the programme will be no additional cost to you and you will automatically be able to register for the Accelerator.
