Margaret Ward is the Founder and Email Strategist behind Claddagh Creative, an email marketing agency helping e-commerce brands turn their email list into their most valuable asset. Known for blending bold strategy with creative storytelling, Margaret and her team have worked with brands across fashion, wellness, homeware, and gifting to design high-converting emails that feel human and drive real results.

Alongside her agency work, Margaret also supports founders and marketers through brand strategy consulting and mentoring. She helps them refine their positioning, craft compelling stories, and connect all of their marketing efforts into a clear, cohesive strategy. She also co-runs email marketing and CRM meet-ups across the UK, creating spaces for the industry to connect, learn, and grow together.
