Erifili Gounari is a 23 year old social media strategist, entrepreneur and public speaker, based in London.
Erifili’s work as Founder and CEO at The Z Link is paving the way in the field of Gen Z marketing, with a specialty in how brands can connect with young consumers in a way that is authentic, human, and community-driven.
For the past years, she’s been working on the social media strategies of many global institutions, brands, and startups, including on the social media strategy of a whole country (Greece!).
Erifili launched The Z Link in 2020 to bridge the gap between brands and Gen Z. Since then, they’ve worked with brands such as Deloitte, the United Nations, Hearst, Everlane, and more. The team includes over 20 Gen Z marketers worldwide, and the community they’ve built to conduct Gen Z market research includes 18,000+ people in over 50 countries.
Erifili is on Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe in the Media/Marketing and Youngest categories, and she regularly provides Gen Z insights and research to leading publications around the world.
