Meet the hosts:

Olivia Hanlon is the Forbes 30 Under 30, multi-award-winning Founder and CEO of Girls in Marketing. Olivia has over 7 years of digital marketing experience working in-house and as a freelancer for international clients with expertise in organic marketing, focusing on SEO, Content Marketing and eCommerce. Olivia is also a public speaker, startup marketing advisor, podcast host, presenter, and mentor. She has spoken at various events such as the B2B Marketing Expo, Global Marketing Day by SEMRush, SocialNorth, Sheffield DM and more. In 2024, she was named in the prestigious Forbes 30 Under 30 list in the Media and Marketing Category for Europe.

Rita Cidre works at the intersection of marketing and education. She spent 15+ years working as a marketing leader for brands such as Time, NPR, Zillow and Qualtrics. After she became a mom, she started teaching marketing and never looked back. Rita’s marketing courses are taught across hundreds of universities around the globe, from NYU, to Harvard and WU in Vienna, where she resides with her family. She currently leads the Academy team at Semrush. With a mission of making marketing accessible to all, Semrush Academy courses reach hundreds of thousands of students every year
