Our Girls in Marketing Meet Ups are back and better than ever. This IRL event series is designed to create a safe space for our Girls in Marketing community to enjoy themselves, connect with others, and learn some cool stuff.
How do you overcome the fear of posting? What are the best practices for personal branding? Why is personal branding important? So many questions… we NEED answers!
This IRL event will consist of a panel discussion from true industry veterans, casual networking, and pizza.
We can guarantee there will not be a black tie in sight. Say goodbye to awkward small-talk holding champagne flutes, and hello to laughter-filled conversations with other women in the industry.
We’ll be hosting a panel focused around giving you insightful tips and tricks on powering up your personal brand.
Where is the best place to build a personal brand? How do you overcome the fear of posting and become confident to create engaging content? How do you create personal branding posts for others? We’ve got the experts who are ready to share their expertise!
Meet Izzy, she went from a confused, anxious graduate to Head of Social at the global personal branding agency, Kurogo, in one year. Throughout the 18 months after graduating, she’s grown a community of over 70,000 across LinkedIn and Instagram by helping other young professionals reach their career goals through personal branding as well as sharing her experience of being a young manager, content creator and twenty-something in the workplace.
Meet Rejoice, an SEO Specialist and Content Strategist, as well as the Co-Founder of B-DigitalUK – a platform for showcasing and empowering black talent in the UK digital marketing scene. Her expertise lies in SEO, diversity, and inclusion, all bolstered by strong personal branding both online and offline.
Meet Olivia, a senior marketing executive with 6+ years experience in the industry. Recently Olivia has specialised in personal branding within Kairos Group. In the last year, Olivia has worked with influential leaders like Hannah Anderson to elevate their personal brand through a multi-channel strategy and has welcomed new business opportunities as a result. Olivia is able to provide a unique insight into building a personal branding in-house and creating posts for others in marketing.
We can’t wait to see you there! You’re in for a friendly and relaxed evening with fabulous conversation. Be sure to take lots of pics and snap some content of the beautiful space too!
