Marketing Assistant

Pearse Partners is currently looking for a Marketing and Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will have experience within a busy office environment supporting the office with either marketing or general office administration duties or both! This is the ideal role for someone who would like a varied work load, being the go to person in the office with a vision to become a successful 360 Marketeer in the future!

Responsibilities:

• The role will roughly be split by 40% Office Assistant and 60% Marketing Assistant
• Assist with the smooth running of the office and be on hand to react to the multitude of challenges
• Updating and pulling reports
• Assist with accounts and invoicing for the department
• Assist with the organisation of internal and external events
• Maintenance of IT and CRM systems
• Working with the team to deliver internal and external newsletters, website blogs
• Creating and delivering creds/ presentation decks
• Using website analytics to ascertain the relative effectiveness of ongoing campaigns
• Supporting the marketing manager on writing and editing PR
• Be creative with submitting ideas for marketing campaigns to enhance brand growth
• Taking responsibility for updating and growing company social media pages, including responding to all comments and messages promptly
• Have a basic understanding of SEO and key word ranking

Requirements

• Confidence and excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Approachable, proactive and positive with a can-do attitude
• High levels of attention to detail
• A creative flair with a strong interest in Marketing
• Experience using MS Office, Canva, WordPress and SurveyMonkey
