Your responsibilities

We are looking for a creative Social and Content Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team as we strengthen our position in the UK, and expand into Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms including LinkedIn and Twitter. You will also be responsible for creating compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

You will play an important role in supporting the wider marketing team on the delivery of day-to-day social media activities, elevating our online presence and being the digital ‘voice’ of Switchee. You’ll work closely with teams across the business, and with the support of our graphic designer, create content that drives action and inspires the social housing industry.

More of your day-to-day

• Developing and implementing organic social media campaigns, and supporting the Senior Digital Marketing Manager on paid campaigns.
• Overseeing the day-to-day management of LinkedIn; Twitter and YouTube.
• Creating, scheduling and publishing interesting, repurposable and impactful content for social media, case studies, white papers, articles as required.
• Working with our graphic designer to ensure all content is on brand.
• Creating an engaging content calendar for all social channels.
• Regularly reporting on key social media analytics and providing feedback on channel performance.
• Working with the wider team to execute campaigns that are aligned with Switchee’s commercial goals ie. Product launches.
• Full social media coverage at key industry events.
• Visiting residents, customers, and locations throughout the UK to capture videos, testimonials, and installations etc. (ad hoc).
• Identifying new and emerging social media channels and trends in the UK and Europe.
• Travel across the UK is required. You would be expected to be on the road for a minimum of 2 days per week. Cost of travel and accommodation will be fully covered.
