Our Marketing Campfire Series is a welcoming space where marketers from various backgrounds come together to share stories, tackle challenges, and spark meaningful conversations.
Whether you’re new to the industry, navigating mid-level challenges, running your own freelance business, or working in a B2B or in-house team, there will be a session tailored just for you.
Each session will be hosted and facilitated by a dedicated member of the Girls in Marketing membership. These sessions are held regularly, and you’re welcome to join as many as you’d like. We recommend attending the ones you relate the most to.

Rhianna Clavering is National Marketing Manager at Caremark, the largest UK owned home care franchise. She builds campaigns that make a clear difference to people and to business.
At 23, her work has doubled online revenue, grown reach by 316%, and lifted paid search performance by over 60%. She has led SEO strategies that delivered a 90% year on year revenue jump, managed national exhibitions, and secured coverage in major industry titles.
She learned through a degree apprenticeship and hands on roles across music, pest control, theatre and recruitment. She also opened doors for herself, gaining experience with Goodwood Revival, the Royal Windsor Horse Show and the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee through persistence and cold outreach.
Her story proves you can create your own opportunities. She mentors students and speaks at schools to help young people build confidence and career skills. She wants young marketers to back themselves, take smart risks and dive in.
