The Mindset, Habits and Routines of the Top 1% with Caitlin Rozario

17th September @ 12:00 pm - 12:45 pm

Marketing is fast-paced, creative, and constantly evolving but that doesn’t mean you should feel overwhelmed, scattered, or burnt out trying to keep up.

Sustainable Productivity for Marketers is a three-part webinar series designed to help you rethink the way you work – so you can perform at your best without sacrificing your wellbeing.

We’re not here to glorify hustle. We’re here to help you make real, lasting shifts in how you work so you can hit your goals, feel proud of your output, and still have time and energy for the things (and people) you care about most.

What do the most successful creatives, leaders and marketers have in common? Intentional systems. In this third and final session of the series, you’ll explore the routines, rituals, and rest strategies that fuel long-term creativity and consistency. Plus, you’ll dive into the psychology of habit-building – so you can start (and stick to) the changes that matter.

Meet the host:

Caitlin Rozario is on a mission to make work better. As the founder of interlude and Head of Brand and Culture at tech startup Metrikus, she’s passionate about creating healthier, more sustainable ways of working that help people do remarkable things – without chronic stress, burnout and overwhelm.

Caitlin is a regular speaker at conferences like WORKTECH and Earthfest and will be bringing her ideas about sustainable productivity to the TEDx stage later this year. Her writing has been featured in publications like Startups Magazine and Workplace Wellbeing Professional.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Design supportive routines that balance creativity and structure
  • Identify the right kind of rest for you (yes, there’s more than one)
  • Use a science-backed method to form lasting habits—without adding more pressure
